Great gym!! A lot's of machines and a nice selection of dumbell's!! Plus you can't have better opening hours in the region!
Best gym I ever worked out in, and Ive been going to gyms since 20 years. The owner lifts himself, so he knows what hes buying. Theres enough plates on plenty of racks, you never have to look for plates, or for a place, because theres plenty of everything, and people actually do return dumbbells and plates back to the racks. The machines there are all highest quality, no sagging belts, no unsymmetrical training etc. It takes a bit to warm up with the people there, but if youre there to get big then theres no better place in the whole Ottawa region.
Great and clean establishment, very friendly staff! Lots of different machine and equipments. Rarely wait for them as well, even at rush hour. The quality hasn't dropped in over a year going at the gym. Will continue to go for a foreseeable future.
