This restaurant has horrible customer service. They messed up my order twice. FIrst, I call to order my food and the girl is very rude on the phone, she does not listen to me and does not let me finish. So obviously there was some mistakes and forgotten products when I got to the restaurant to pick up my food. Then, they forgot the chicken I ordered, and the girl made me pay for it all. Second, when I get there, the employees are on their phone not paying attention to customers. Third, when I got home I realized they forgot my noodles and I got no fortune cookies. The employee apologize and blamed it on the girl on the phone.. This is terrible service and the employees should not be just sitting around, especially when the job is not done correctly and when there's customers to serve. I will never go back to this restaurant.
This place was very tasty. I had a cheeseburger and fries with a side of gravy. It was all very good. I especially loved the gravy, it had a hint of nutmeg or cinnamon... Something that made it a bit different, but in a delicious way. One person had a personal pizza, it looked amazing, they said they enjoyed it very much. And the other person had the ribs which they said were pretty good, not the best they ever had, but decent. The service was friendly and efficient. The place looked clean and had a nice atmosphere. I will definitely go back.
Friendly service. Enjoyed egg rolls & fried rice. My husband had a poutine served with shredded cheese instead of curds. Poutine always should be served with curds.
I was disappointed to see that Aylmer BBQ won the best take-out award.On December 19th 2016, I ordered food from there. I told them that on my previous visit (weeks before) one of my pieces of pie was stale and the other was moldy.They offered me a piece of replacement pie which I happily accepted. Mistakes happen.I got home and discovered (after taking a bite) that this pie was also moldy.I will not eat there again and I urge others to exercise caution.GROSS! SEE PIC.
This place has been around since forever it seems, but no matter how long since the last visit, the food is always just as good. I was pleasantly surprised to see the new decor this time. Looks amazing. Mind you, the vintage Formica booths from before were a nostalgic throwback, that gave the place it's charm. The Chinese food and pizza are must-try items. Oh, and the staff are always very friendly as well.
