You can notice the bad quality starting from day one.
Getting customer service was average. My issue is with the quality of the boots. The boots did not even last me a year. It started to fall apart after 3-4 months. If you get their boots, I recommend not pulling on them at all. The boots cannot handle regular pulling of any kind to put your boots on. I paid over $100 and this is what I get. Great looking shoes, I do not recommend going if you have a bigger size calf for knee length or higher boots (They do not carry bigger leg hoses). Tend to be a little smaller than my usual size.
