Hub of the Downtown government buildings. Has so much more potential than what is is but the population is too far away to actually expand this mall. You find the basic stuff, they have a lot of coffee spots but these are only open during the week day, and when events are happening in the center.
If you work here, lots of places for lunch and coffee. After hours it's closed.
Too many no name stores that are over priced. The food court is finally upgraded and nice now.
Old and out dated . rude people . refuse to speak English to even Tourists .. Unbelievable behaviour. Very disappointing to see this ignorance here in Canada.
The whole building needs to go under renovations. There are not many shops and quite limited in type. It is either food or clothes... But still a nice place. 3/5 stars.
