Waited over an hour for a cab that never came. I got a call an hour and a half later asking me where I wanted to go. Complete B.S.
The personnel are really nice but don't call if you're in a hurry. Allow atleast 30 minutes for the cab to arrive, which is unfortunate because I usually call the cab when I have missed the bus and it defeats the purpose by being late.
I waited for like 2 hrs and call twice and no one came to pick me up bad service
Worst taxi company ever. I asked for a Cab and he stated it would arive shortly. I waiting 30min before I called back where my cab was. The driver said he was 5 min away....20 min went by and no show. I tried callling back 6 times and the call would just keep ringing. By far the worst taxi company i know. I found after, after seriously looking in, that this company has only 4 cabs registered (including the owner). Definitely not a reliable company.
Asked for a cab that was supposed to arrive "soon". After 30 min, I called again and waited an additional 30 min before deciding to take the bus. If you can't get me a cab, just tell me the truth instead of wasting my time
