I stayed only for a night and wished I could stay longer. The suite was clean and spacious. Enjoyed sleeping on the king size bed with a wide selection of pillows to choose from. The room has beautiful oversized windows and a modern design. Staff were fantastic, a perfect experience. We'll be returning next time we visit Gatineau.
Stayed in an executive suite, which didn't really feel much different than a regular suite with more room. The price wasn't much higher than the other rooms, so not a big deal.However, the floor was stained, bath robes were as well, and the bed sheets were still damp. Hence the drop in rating. The location is a little sketchy at night too, but we were able walk to Byward within 20 minutes, so it kind of evened things out.Otherwise the stay was generally okay, staff friendly and helpful. Beautiful view as well. Nothing really major to complain about; we were in and out.
Great stay. We had a room with two queen beds. It was modern, spacious and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The pool was a little small, but warm and fun nonetheless. Breakfast was well stocked and kept tidy. We will definitely stay again if we return to the area.
Use the accessible room as I use a wheelchair. This new hotel is the gold standard for accessibke rooms. Staff is friendly and efficient
We had a very brief but positive visit at this hotel as new e-vehicle owners. The staff were kind enough to get us set up with the charging station outside even though we weren't expecting to be staying as overnight guests.
