J'tais hsitante laisser un commentaire sur le mauvais service reu mais en lisant l'exprience similaire de d'autres clients, je pense que ca vaut la peine de vous avertir: Ne perdez pas votre temps et faites affaire avec un autre plombier!! Si je pouvais donner zro toiles, ca serait plus reprsentatif.Nous avons pris rendez-vous avec plomberie clair il y a plus d'une semaine. On nous avait donner comme rendez-vous mercredi 8am. La journe venue et aprs avoir attendu plus de 40 minutes (no show no call), nous avons fait un suivi pour se faire dire qu'il y avait un malentendu et que notre rendez-vous tait en fait le jeudi 8h. Lors de l'appel initial pour la prise de rendez-vous, la rceptioniste tait sur main libre et nous tions deux avoir not la journe du mercredi... mais bon un erreur peut arriver. Le lendemain, encore attendre partir de 8am, aprs plus d'une heure et demi d'attente et encore avec un autre ''no show no call'', on a fait quelques suivi pour se faire dire en premier que le plombier tait en route et serait la dans 15-20 minutes. Deuxime suivi, on se fait dire que le plombier est pris sur un autre job plus urgente. Aprs le dernier appel, et beaucoup d'irritation, on se fait rpondre que si ils ont un plombier qui se libre dans la journe, ils vont nous rappeler! Un appel de courtoisie aurait t drolement apprci, au lieu de nous faire perdre notre temps.Bref, ne perdez pas votre temps attendre aprs eux, et faites appels un autre plombier....
Worst service ever. I had an appointment at 10:00 a.m. so I took the morning off work, hoping I could make it in for our office Christmas party that was starting at 2:00 p.m. By 11:00 I called for a follow-up. "We're running about 1-1.5 hours behind but we'll be there", they said. Called again at 3:30 p.m. "We'll make it out to you today, don't worry", they said. Called for a third follow-up around 6:00 p.m. No answer but left a voicemail. It's now the next day and although I followed up AGAIN at 11:00 a.m. and was promised they would check on an ETA with the technician, no call back. I've never encountered such lack of care or understanding from a "service" company. Truly disgusting. Would NEVER recommend ANYONE deal with these guys.
No show no call on appointment date for repairs after leak. Disappointed.We've received a call following this review. They say my appointment date was the day after at a different time than we even discussed. As far as I'm concerned, it was made pretty clear it would be 9am the day I'm writing this, I even texted the details moments after and made myself an event alarm for it. While I understand mistakes can happen (miscommunication is a two-way street, I was offered two dates and said Thursday was preferred, I got no hint this could've been misunderstood), no responsibility is being taken because they had Friday setup on their agenda software. Consequently, this review will not be altered. Know that it doesn't speak to the quality of the service offered by the company, but only its scheduling.

i sent a quote request, the answer was they cant make appoint for at least 3 months, ok but i never said i wanted it done now, i am preparing quotes for the future , thats good, ill hire another company.
