They were supposed to come on Friday at 230pm but never showed up even after calling. He then called at 4pm saying he was on his way. We rescheduled for the next day at 830am and he was 2 hours late! Despite being late they did a good job but gave me no discount for being late and disrupting my schedule. I wouldn't recommend them.

Not impressed. The response was great. They came the same morning I called. But I was then charged for two men for 6 hours (12 hours in total) to replace a 15-ft line of easy to access ABS drain pipe plus a sink drain kit. $125 per hour plus almost $700 in material. I appreciated that the job was done the same day and to my full satisfaction. But the bill of over $1,800 was shocking. The job could have been done by one person and the overcharges for the material were unethical. I will not use this company again.

ZERO STAR. Rude, ill-mannered, no help whatsoever. Told me to change my tank myself after I said I had changed both heating elements and thermostats on my tank and I still did not have hot water. I DIDN'T CHANGE THE TANK MYSELF, BUT I DID FIX IT MYSELF.
