Nice hotel but the free WiFi in my room was very weak and slow
Completely incompetent. They lost our reservations 2 years in a row while celebrating a Valentine's weekend. This was despite a lengthy discussion about the first problem and repeated assurances the reservations were made. DON'T BE DISAPPOINTED GO ANYWHERE ELSEDoesn't make us want to use the hotel again either. Montebello a much better idea I think...
Very clean and nice hotel just don't like there is no balcony
Very nice experience, the therapist was lovely. The only real downside is that the relaxation room is right above both the indoor and outdoor pool, so it can get noisy.
Spa was clean and decent. Massage rooms were very tiny not too much room for therapist to get around. Just an FYI if you are looking to claim services under your benefits massage therapists are NOT RMTs and not registered with the Quebec equivelant.
