I had previously written a 5 star review about this business and location. I have repealed it now, and replaced it with a one star. Reason being, is that it appears this location has changed most of it's staff and management has taken a very strict approach to doing business which is too extreme for my liking. My most recent rental was a trailer. I was told it was for a day until 11:15 pm (I understood 11:15 am the next day. Sure enough I brought it in the next day only to find out that I would be charged for two days. When I tried to explain that I thought a one day rental meant to the next day, there was absolutely nothing they can do (apparently with U-Haul, one day means 12 hours or less). Now I understand businesses who treat their customers well do have some room to make adjustments or provide discounts. But not this U-Haul, they fully charged me for two days without any sympathy whatsoever. I don't believe this treatment to customers can build good happy customers in the long run. For now I will try to contact Customer service to see if they can do anything and I will look to rent elsewhere for next time. And I would also like to add, that I don't think U-Haul should use the term (Day rental), when it's Half a day or Quarter of a day rental. It is a very confusing for people, because a day rental is 24 hours for all I know.
Very nice and helpful staff. Even helped find a cab when I got here. Can't reccommend enough.
They need way more staff on weekends.. Especially the last weekend of the month. Had to wait almost 1 hr before talking to anrepresentive in the morning to pick up the truck and tonight.. There is only one person here and there is a long line up.. So here we go wasting precious time again on moving day.. Just to pay for the darn thing.. Grrrrrr

Truck was very low on gaz when received, driving felt award like it needed new shocks/wheel alignement. People knew about it but not looking like this truck will ever get repair.
