The care they show animals is beyond exceptional. No vet is perfect but they set the bar great service and care.
I woke up to my cat bleeding from an infection and they were able to see him the same day. The staff are professional, very sympathetic, and took the time to consult me on long-term care even beyond their opening hours. They also explained the different options for testing with me before I agreed to them. Weeks later and my cat is still happy and healthy.
This is the best Vet Practice in the area. Great Staff, reasonable rates, follow up calls after the visit, they really care for your pets.
Amazing service from both the Doctor and the staff. They are very detailed and care for your pet. The doctor explained everything that was wrong with my little dog and offered different options of treatment. Excellent service, I have been to other vets and they seem greedy about money and your pet comes in second place. This vet didnt seem like that and they really care about your pet and will not suggest treatments that are not required like other clinics. I recommend this clinic 100%. Also, the Doctor is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Very happy with the care my baby received.
Dr. Chouinard is extremely kind, caring and compassionate. We brought our male cat in as he was suffering from bloody stool and vomitting and they were able to squeeze him in on the same day. The vet tech and Dr were extremely helpful and treated our cat on a "step by step" basis. She did not opt for a complete exam (xrays,blood tests etc) right away. Instead, she started treating the stomache and nausea first before moving on to a more comprehensive exam. This shows us that the Dr based treatment on patient care first and not just money.After 3 days our cat tarted feeling better and more like himself. We even received multiple care calls tonsee how the home care treatments were doing.Fantastic staff!
