Awesome customer service. Our family has been going there for years. The only Pet store in Aylmer that has survived and there's a reason for it.

service sucks. I bought an item for my bunny. never notice that the girl didn't give me my receipt. so now I cant exchange it. I explained to the girl that I know when I bought it and stuff still nothing. poor service

Please consider adopting an animal befour buying And if you do buy make sure the animals came from licensed breeders and not puppy mills thank youSome things are soooooo overpriced like 15$ for a stupid cat toy that is made to be destroyed!
