Excellent services! I received a call to confirm my dog's appointment with the groomer the day before. He came back home nice and clean with his nails trimmed and smelling beautifully. He also got a beautiful bandana. I am very happy with the services and will be definitely going back. Thank you!
Very nice and friendly staff. They sell a lot of dog food and cat food. Nowadays, they're more of a pet grocery store than a pet shop. I didnt see any puppies or kittens when I last went. However, they still have fishes and reptiles and little rodents. Maybe it's because of their limited space, but thats where my sister bought her dog before. I would rate that place maybe around 75%
Finally, I found good and understand groomer. I visit the store two times with my cat and my Yorkey,.. Wonderful and very friendly staff, very good grooming, and the most important my pets were not stressed at all. Fantastic work girls. Thank you .
Sylvie has been grooming our FOUR cats and 2 dogs for a long time. I am so happy she is back at this location. She is so gentle with our very old and fragile dog. Wonderful groomer. I am happy with the new ownership who says: " Urbanimal does not sell dogs, cats, reptiles, and birds as we encourage our clients towards adoption organizations or good reputable breeders." Thank you so much for encouraging people to adopt and for not supporting the horrible puppy mills. BRAVO!!!! So happy !!
I absolutely love it here. Great staff and whatever questions I had, they where able to answer them. I brought my bernedoodle here to get her groomed and we where very pleased with the results.
